Description

You can Tribute 1 monster; you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except Synchro Monsters, also Special Summon 1 "Illusory Spark Token" (Winged Beast/Tuner/DARK/Level 2/ATK 700/DEF 700), then take 700 damage. You can only use this effect of "Blackwing - Suthri the Illusory Spark" once per turn.
